How Do you Make Your Apparel?

Your Articles of Faith Apparel piece is made to order—a message of faith, created for you to carry into everyday life. Before ordering, take a moment to review our size guide, delivery estimates, and return policy so you know what to expect.
Production & Shipping

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production once your order is approved for fulfillment, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
Production and shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Busy seasons, stock availability, and carrier delays may extend these timelines. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Do You Accept Returns?

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide and your selections carefully before ordering.
What if there’s an Issue with my Order?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or printing defect, contact us through our website’s Contact page within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back; damaged or defective items generally do not need to be returned.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Hoodie Size Guide
This chart applies to our adult hoodies. Measurements are in inches and describe the garment, not your body.
*Sleeve length is measured from the center back of the neck. Width is measured across the garment laid flat. For the best comparison, measure a hoodie you already own and enjoy wearing. Measurements may vary by up to 1.5 inches. Other garment styles have different measurements.
